Here is a breakdown of how we can work together, from the most budget-friendly option to the most hands-on experience:
Consulting
Are you planning an Egypt adventure and have a few questions, or want a quick itinerary made and you can do the rest on your own? We can consult with you for all of your travel needs. Who knows, you may end up learning about hidden gems like the Royal Jewelry Museum in Alexandria (pictured).
Are you an independent traveler who likes a DIY approach? If you get excited at the thought of taking on the bulk of organizing hotels, guides, excursions, restaurants, and more, then we can help. We offer consulting to answer any questions you may have, like recommending a guide to the Pyramids or walking you through current Covid-19 requirements. Consulting is done on a case-by-case basis and is $60/hour, billed in half-hour increments.
Consulting can take on two forms:
You send us questions via email, and we send you a PDF with all of the answers, including the relevant links and contact information you need to do the rest on your own.
You send us an initial list of questions and we build a document answering them. Then, we go over everything on the phone or Zoom, adding any additional questions or notes to a PDF that we then send to you. Like above, we include the relevant links and contact information you need to continue your travel plans.
Fixed price/itinerary group trips
Gus takes groups to lots of authentic places, like great street food spots!
Want a budget-friendly Egypt adventure with Gus from Egypt Adventures Travel as your guide, but don’t have a large group to travel with? We make trips with fixed itineraries and prices for up to 10 individuals at a time. The benefit? The costs of guides, transport, and accommodation can be split 10 ways, saving everyone money, and you get a group of automatic travel companions to experience Egypt with. The best part is that with Gus planning the trip and accompanying every group, you know you will get those authentic, curated Egypt experiences that we are known for.
A private individual or group trip booked with our Egyptian partners
Our Egyptian partners can make anything happen, like riding a sailboat on the Nile at sunset in gorgeous Aswan.
If you still want a customized and curated experience but want a private trip, we can do that too! We can book your complete trip, including a full itinerary, local Egyptian guide, hotels, transportation, and some meals. You pay one flat cost for each individual in your group, or you can travel solo.
